Embark on a 7-day adventure through the stunning landscapes of Tadrart. Spend the first day in the capital and get lost in the streets of the Old town. Receive a warm welcome at Djanet Airport and a restful night at our serene agricultural camp. Explore diverse landscapes, and ancient rock engravings, and camp in breathtaking locations like Oud InDjaren, Ouan Zaouaten, and Tin Merzouga. Marvel at sunrises and sunsets over Merzouga’s fig sands and the black sands of Edjalati. Experience the world’s most beautiful sunsets in Tin Amali before returning to Djanet for a market visit, museum tour, and a visit to the famed "Crying Cow" at Tigergart. Join us for an extraordinary journey blending history, culture, and natural beauty. ITINERARY: Arrival in Djanet: Upon your arrival at night at DJANET airport you will be welcomed by our team from La Route du Tassili n'Azjjer Voyages. Transfer for your first night under the stars in a bivouac in the Tegharghart region Day 1: Direction Tadrart Rouge To start: Crossing the Tilafazo region and visiting rock paintings Continuing the journey to Adjalati (gateway to Tadrart) dunes as far as the eye can see and different colors Setting up the bivouac in Tiseteka Day 2: Departure for a hike to discover the pretty Tiseteka region (canyon and engravings) to arrive at Oued lnnahar After lunch: visit the cathedral of Tehe Tahosaiet. Setting up camp in Moul Naga (in the middle of the dunes) Day 3: Walk to visit the giraffe and elephants (engravings dating back to 8000 BC) In the afternoon we will leave to visit the engraving of Ouenzaouaten (with its famous pink dunes) and we will cross to ln Tehak (where we will set up our camp) Day 4: Visit the Tin Tehak arch and arrive at the Bouhedian guelta Departure towards Tin Merzouga the largest dune in the region where we will discover paintings and the hedgehog-shaped rock Day 5: Visit rock paintings, the cirque (beautiful view of circular mountains with a very pretty canyon). Continue to the lndjaren wadi Day 6: Return to Djanet. The afternoon will be dedicated to discovering the city, with a hot shower, a visit to the market and the palm grove. In the evening, you will enjoy a delicious dinner before being transferred to the airport in the late evening
